Richard Collin is a professor of ophthalmology at UCL, University of London and a consultant surgeon at Moorfields Eye Hospital.
He specialises in oculoplastic surgery and trained in ophthalmology and plastic surgery in the United Kingdom before doing an oculoplastic fellowship in San Francisco.
He has been past president of both the British and European Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Societies.
He is a member of the Editorial Board of Orbit and Clinical and Experimental Ophthalmology and is a member of various national and international ophthalmology and oculoplastic surgery societies.
He has written 3 textbooks, given more than 20 named lectures and published over 200 articles as well as various book chapters on oculoplastic subjects.
Mr Naresh Joshi is Consultant Oculoplastic surgeon at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Trust London and Honorary Consultant to the Royal Marsden. He is an Honorary Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine, Imperial College London.
Currently, he represents the Royal College of Ophthalmologists on the BSI (British Standards Institute) and CEN (Communite European Normalization) committees for the regulation of safety in aesthetic procedures.
He is a founder member of the British Ophthalmic Plastic surgical Society (BOPSS). Nominated by the committee of BAAPS (British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons) as an interspecialty member for his contribution to the training curriculum and educational lectures to the plastic surgical community.
He has an interest in reconstructive ophthalmic plastic surgery in craniofacial anomalies. He is the co-founder of the Craniofacial Ophthalmic Plastic Service (COPS), at Chelsea and Westminster hospital, and is an active member of the charity Facing The World, (FTW).

José Luis Tovilla Canales
Ophthalmologist and specialist in eyelid, tear and orbital surgery (subspecialty known as Oculoplastic Surgery).
Revalidated its title of doctor in the University Anáhuac and the one of Ophthalmologist Surgeon in the Institute of Ophthalmology “Foundation Conde de Valenciana”.
On finishing Ophthalmology, he held his Clinical Fellow for a year and a half at the same Institute (1996-1997) and a year and a half at prestigious Ophthalmological Centers in the United States (1997 and 1998).
Since 1998 he is a member of Grupo Oftálmico S.C, where he works together with Dr. José Luis Tovilla y Pomar, Ophthalmologist and one of the pioneers of Oculoplastic Surgery in Mexico.
Dr. Tovilla and Pomar, was head of the Department of Orbital and Oculoplastic of the Institute of Ophthalmology “Foundation Conde de Valenciana” from 1980 to 2002, and Medical director of that Institution from 1986 to 1994.
Both doctors, are partners and consultants in Oculoplastics and Periorbital Oncology in Specialized Ophthalmology and in the Institute of Ophthalmology “Conde de Valenciana Foundation” in Mexico City.
Dr. Tovilla-Canales, was head of the Department of Orbit Surgery, Eyelids and Vía Lagrimal of the Institute of Ophthalmology “Foundation Conde de Valenciana” from 2002 to 2010, head that has resumed from 2012.
He is a member of the Mexican Society of Ophthalmology, of the Mexican Council of Ophthalmology, of the American Society of Oculoplastic Surgery, of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
He was President of the Mexican Society of Oculoplastic Surgery in 2011 and is currently the President of the Pan-American Society of Oculoplastic Surgery.
He is professor of the Oculoplastics course at the Institute of Ophthalmology, and is a lecturer in the undergraduate course in Medicine at the Anahuac University since 1997.
Dr. Tovilla-Canales has lectured about 400 lectures at national and international congresses and published more than 30 chapters of books and scientific papers in national and international journals.
Luz María Vásquez

Dr Luz María Vasquez received her medical degree from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and completed her residency at CES University in Medellin, Colombia. She completed a 2-year fellowship in ocular oncology at Princess Margaret Hospital and The Hospital for Sick Children, with the University Health Network and the University of Toronto, in Toronto, Canada. Then, with the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona, she got a Retino-vascular, Inflammations and Intraocular Tumours master degree at Barraquer Institute followed by an Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery master degree at Institut de Microcirurgia Ocular in Barcelona, Spain.
She was appointed consultant in the Ophthalmic Plastic and Orbital surgery department at Institut de Microcirurgia Ocular in Barcelona in 2011.
She has published several articles in the ocular oncology and ophthalmic plastic diseases field in national and international journals.
